This was the first time I was working with an accountant and it was absolutely the worst experience. They never respond to emails. I had to email them at least 5x about one simple thing to get a response months later. They delayed my taxes, costing me A LOT in penalties. They had the nerve to ask me to pay them and that was probably the only time they responded to my questions promptly.
