I had just given birth and needed to pick up my vehicle that I ordered from the dealership and needed a car loan. From the minute I walked into the Credit union, Sam was so kind, patient, and helped me out right away. You never forget how people treat you and the effort that they put in to help you. Everything was processed quickly and Sam was more than willing to help. I recently opened two business accounts with KeyPoint Credit Union, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. Angela, the manager, truly makes you feel at home. My business account representative, Christy, was terrific! She provided exceptional customer service, quickly guiding me through the process and ensuring everything was handled smoothly. I’m excited to begin this new business journey with them, but I can’t recommend KeyPoint enough. If you’re considering opening an account in the Bay Area, try them.
