Mr. Green did a phenomenal job listening to our concerns and answered all of our questions. He helped us develop an excellent policy that includes home, auto and life insurance coverage that meets our needs now and our future endeavors / goals. We're considering adding more coverage over the next 6 months.

We were with Progressive for twenty years and not getting the value we were paying for. Our rates went up every year for three years straight; with no end in sight. Got the run around on more than several occasions when trying to adjust our policy. They were difficult to work with, not to mention expensive.

We're very pleased with State Farm, the level of service, commitment to the customer, price and coverage.

So far I am happy with my transition to State Farm. I've switched my auto and home insurance policies because this carrier has saved me quite a bit compared to my former provider (USAA). The team here has been excellent from the start. This is such a relief considering I tried another local State Farm agent and I was not pleased at all with the first impression. This team has been friendly, courteous, empathetic to all my needs, and professional throughout the entire process. Special shout out to Chase for helping with my auto policies and to Sarah for being so responsive to my emails/questions and being available when I asked for time to sit down. Sarah went above and beyond to ensure I was getting what I needed and that I understood my policies.
The office environment was clean and professional, and folks were all welcoming. I look forward to the services this agency will provide me and my family in the future.

Do not waste your time and money with this Kevin in Falcon. He tried to rip me off for $20 and then left a nasty message on my phone when I questioned why he was trying to steal $20 from a good customer that has never done anything but pay my bill there. They treat people like lowlife trash. State Farm is there, right? ...not any more...State Farm has been trashed by me and I will never do Business with KEVIN IN FALCON again.
