I worked with Kienan on a new home and auto policy. She was professional and friendly. She was very helpful and explained the policies well. She answered all our questions and kept me informed on every step of the process. She answered every email and voicemail in a timely manner and made the whole process easier. Emily was wonderful to work with. We ended up moving all of our insurance with them and saving quite a bit of money. The coverage is great and the service seems to be top notch. Kienan worked with me for about a month tweaking what I needed and wanted in my auto and home policies. Kienan has the patience of an oyster, with the amount of patience she had with me. Awesome individual.
Had another company, let know after april 1st I would be switching to state farm, had this in writing. The other company decided to cancel me immediately, then let me know it would take days to reinstate me, what a crock. This is where Paula came in, I was stressing like a guy walking a tightrope in cement shoes, Paula became aware of my situation and was able to get me with state farm immediately. Paula may of thought that I needed xanax with how stressed I was, but she as well took me and put me at ease. There were others I spoke to in their office during My stressed one of which was Abby. To all in this office, I am usually a mild mannered
individual. Thank you for your patience with me, thank you for helping me, thank you for being whom you are.
If anyone is looking for folks who will work with you, this office of state farm has them. They are demigods in my book.

Excellent Experience getting car/home insurance quotes and purchasing insurance. I worked with Paula King who was very professional, friendly and when I first told her what insurance policy I was looking for as a quote, she provided a policy exactly what I was asking for and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need as I found other insurance companies were doing that. State Farm also had very competitive rates. I highly recommend this agency as everyone I talked to, asking questions, was very responsive, competent and friendly.
