KEMBA is by far the worst bank I’ve ever used in my entire life. Do NOT use them for an auto loan. Their auto pay does not work, and after about a year you’ll start getting letters saying you have to provide proof of car insurance. Then you’ll provide about 15 different documents from your insurance company over several months as they take a minimum of a week to notify you each time you submit a document that it is not sufficient so that you’re inevitably forced to pay the $130 fee for insurance through them for several months. Then you will think you finally got everything they want, submit it all, then don’t hear back for TWO MONTHS whether or not it’s sufficient, submit it all AGAIN and wait a week (still with no reply) just to call them again for them to tell you that it’s not good enough. This company is by far the scummiest most disgusting bank/lender I’ve ever used. I’m absolutely submitting a formal report to the state GA office and BBB.

I’ve been to many conventional banks and credit unions alike. Kemba’s Powell staff are outstanding. They are always professional and very helpful with all of my questions. Most importantly, they treat you like family. Amanda always greets you by name!

I have an autoloan through Kemba that was setup with the dealership I purchased my vehicle from. Had I known they'd be so difficult to work with, I would have used another lender. Their website is horrible. I'm in the IT field and I've never had so many issues with using a website of any bank like I have with Kemba. Also, once I was approved for my loan, I never got a single letter, payment book, or a statement from Kemba. I had to call them to get my account number in order to pay them, and even doing that took several tries. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired as well. As soon as I can, I will be refinancing with another bank.

My experience with KEMBA has been exceptional so far. I wish I had known about them sooner. I've only been a member for just a couple weeks, and already Ryan Hoarce, the branch manager, has spent so much time with me and showed me how to save so much money in my monthly budget. Awesome rates, products and customer service. Thank you.

I got a car loan through Kemba a little over a year ago. The percentage rates they offered were far below what other banks were offering. I will be looking into home loan offers when the time comes.

I have never made the steps to buy a house and I called to get advice on what steps I should take first and the woman I spoke to was SO rude and her answer was do your research. I was calling you guys because I didn’t know what to even research I wanted to talk to you guys and see where I stand from the beginning and make an appointment to talk to someone and see what I’m even accepted for and the woman I spoke to was EXTREMELY RUDE and did no help so thanks for a terrible first experience. Absolutely no help at all

Fantastic staff, and a bank that TRULY cares about you as a person , not just an account balance. Amanda and Yasmine in particular make me understand how my parents developed a easy going relationship with a bank teller, while being knowledgeable about the latest in banking, I. E mobile banking, Android pay etc
