I would not recommend Allstate or this agency. When my home suffered damage over >$10,000 I did not receive even ONE communication from this office which gladly takes my money for a policy that has proven not to actually cover anything. Allstate will find a hundred ways to deny your claim and leave you picking up the mess.

Kelly “Kel” Kalp, with Allstate Insurance, Snodgrass & Associates, is one of the main reasons, if not THE reason, I continue to do business with Allstate. Rates may slightly differ from one insurance agency to another, yet what significantly changes from one insurance agency to another is customer service, customer care and interaction. The customer service I have received from Kelly “Kel” Kalp, is what makes a stark difference, to me and my family, regarding our decision to continue making Allstate our insurance agency of choice. I highly recommend Allstate Insurance Agency because of how Kelly “Kel” Kalp has always gone the extra mile to make sure our insurance needs were met/managed and has consistently provided a commitment to excellence when offering us her knowledge, professionalism, and customer care.

I do not recommend this company at all. The owner Kelly snodgrass is very rude and condescending and non helpful at all. I am switching my policy immediately. The prices and the coverage you get do not match other companies at all. Very subpar.

This is consistently the most helpful insurance agency I've dealt with. I truly never would have expected to leave a positive review for an insurance agency, but they really do have awesome customer service.

More than once, they've actually gone above and beyond to save me money (completely unprompted) on certain things where I just wouldn't have known any better otherwise.

(I also happen to get the best rates from Allstate, but obviously YMMV because... insurance math.)

I spoke with Helanie regarding my insurance needs. I had questions and she had all of the answers! She is knowledgeable, professional, and I had her undivided attention throughout the whole process. I told her what I needed and she put together a personalized policy to fit my request.The whole process was quite easy. I understand my insurance policies much better now.
