All of the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Kelly Burke is amazing. She has been very understanding and a huge help dealing with a claim involving the condominium complex I live in. I have been with allstate for a while and all of my other agents just shuffled me around to other agents with no notice. You won't get that at this agency.
