No different than any other Insurance Agency out there, but worse/costly premiums. In a time when everyone is absolutely struggling, AFI has their hand out just like everyone else. Simply taking advantage of people’s misfortune. Home Owners Insurance increased $1800 a year (upping it to nearly $4400/yr) and Auto went up substantially as well. I didn’t make 1 claim w/AFI nor do I have one infraction on my driving record. They also threatened to charge me for a relative of mine who is not on my coverage. Made 1 phone call and they beat AFI by $2100 a year on home. Cut them in half. Same w/the auto. Also, all you homeowners out there, keep your head on a swivel w/this 1% deductible on wind and hail. AFI made it sound like this is the new standard. Believe me, it is not! I do not recommend this Insurance Agency at all! Trust me! Shop around! YOUR WALLET WILL THANK YOU! Hope this is helpful! …..w/all due respect. Your rates are “abusive!”
