I've been a client of the Kari Ball agency since they took over the local Nationwide agency from Nick DePolo (which is enough years ago that I can't actually remember how long it's been). They've always done a great job for me, friendly, efficient, always representing my best interests. If I ever have a problem, which is rare, they're on it right away. Whenever I need anything from them, I just give the Agency a quick call and it’s usually taken care of over the phone while I’m talking to them. Otherwise, if it’s more complicated, one of the Agents will usually get back to me within the same day, usually within an hour or so.
And all of the Agents are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Everyone in the office is very professional and friendly. Although I have never had a claim, they are extremely prompt every time I need them to make a change or update a policy or add a set of 16 year old twin boys to the policy... yikes. Thx to the staff for all you do.
