Manny was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to get me a better deal than a previous quote I had received.
His customer service is 10/10. He explain into detail what my policy covered, he adjusted my policy a few times that would accommodate my needs, and was able to find me a policy at a great price.

Manny was great help from the start. We had a small window of time to get the right insurance that we needed without getting ripped off and he nailed it. Not only did he find us the cheapest rate around and was helpful through the entire process he called the next day to make sure everything was good. In a world where it seems like customer service passes the buck or is lost in the jungle of corporate profit margins, the staff, here at Kapasu Insurance, and their core values in service shine through like a beacon.
The insurance changed to infinity and the customer service department there seemed to be the worst. I would have to ask the same question numerous times and insist on an actual answer in order to get a grain of understanding as to payments, reported changes. Even then, it took almost 5 months for a proper mailing address change to be applied when I was calling Infinity customer service.
Thanks to the follow up from Merlin at Kapasu Insurance, I will remain here for a while longer. Her absolute respect, patience, and follow through gave way to the clarification of my reported change. It has finally been applied correctly!
I was extremely frustrated when I first spoke with her but I was respectful even so. However, in this world of what seems like fake customer service, the genuine understanding and concern for my situation fueled her proper attitude; one of utmost patience even as I was expressing my frustration to she whom had not been responsible for any of it.
As frustrated as I was, I asked for a supervisor and was able to speak with Walter, Merlin's boss, who also took the time to confirm everything on the system was correct. And we reviewed it all. That is solid service and I received it with what seemed like a smile across the phone.
