Absolutely awful and a terrible experience. They are not responsive and never return phone calls. I’ve been waiting over 4 months for a return to filed. I’ve called four times over a three week period for a follow up with NO. response. Do not use these people - they are unresponsive and have a terrible reputation for a reason.

Do not walk, but run away!

Last year we had sold our rental property that was originally our primary residence. Based on the tax law we owed zero capital gains. Despite this, they tried to tell us that we owed 16k! When I pointed out that we have an exemption because of our situation they then said we only have a partial exemption and owed 8k. Then, when I provided all of the documentation, they got defensive, told me I was being aggressive and told me to come get all my paperwork, that they’re not going to work with us. This was on tax day BTW!!!

Well, we went to another accountant and our paperwork is finally complete. The feds actually owe us 3.5!

I cannot explain the amount of stress that this added to our lives. Do not go to these people. They are not good at what they do. They will overcharge you for poor representation and you’ll end up paying money that you never owed in the first place.

Taxes were completed quickly and electronically filed. Downside is debit or credit cards not accepted for payment. I was quoted one price but charged a higher fee upon completion of my simple return. A three rating since tax service quick but other factors were an unexpected surprise.

I went to Judy's firm to get my taxes done this year and they did a complete bait and switch on me. I discussed my financial situation with them and was told it would be around $350 to do my taxes. Once everything was done they came back and told me I owed them $670. That's apparently what they charge to do taxes for a normal family household. I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of and will never be going back to them.

Gave them my information for taxes in Mid-January. In early April they said they were working on it and should have it soon. After many calls and requests to get it completed they said it would be done May 19th. A week later - nothing. They said they sent it, but still nothing. Emailed and called almost daily. Half the time they wouldn't return calls. And 90% of emails not replied to. Now a month later, still nothing. Called twice today. Asked for a call back from the owner, still nothing. I'm at my wits end. How do they continue to do business?!!!!
