We just switched to Josh Shelton for our house, cars and umbrella policies. He not only promptly called us back but gave us a lot of time over the phone AND emailed us the quotes. We went into his office today and were met by a friendly and helpful staff. We saved over $450 annually from our last insurance PLUS we have better coverage. We really appreciated the time Josh gave us to explain the policies and coverage. He wasn't just going through the motions but seems to really enjoy what he does. Great experience!
