The Jones Mertsching CPA group is great to work with. In establishing a new business, we were very naïve about all of the accounting aspects we needed to consider. They willingly sat down with us on several occasions and advised us on many of the things we needed to do. Since they’ve worked with other small firms, they have contact information for companies that provide Workers Comp, 401Ks, etc. They provided the methodology for establishing an LLC, an S-corp, and the requirements for working with the state of Colorado. They are now handling our payroll and doing our business and personal taxes.
