I'm sorry I forget the agents name. But he runs back and forth between all the dealership buildings fast! He explained everything to me 100% answered all my questions. And even tried to figure out any discounts he could find me. At 38 (I was 37 in June)this was my first car I have bought that has payments and something, even though it is a 2017 model, brand new for me..... I always bought used older cars from family members or friends. But anyways, he was very helpful and awesome!!! I would not only recommend Allstate, but I would recommend him more than anything!!! I know I'll remember his name when I submit this.... But I think it was Joe!

this is a great company I will be buying my cars from them because they treated me like family. even down to the insurance angcey. only problem was I had my car check out and I had but 3 bubbles in my tire and it went unnoticed and I contacted them and sent pictures to the email they provided and no one got back to me. great service tho fast and very informative.

Izzy was great and addressed all my needs. I had multiple policies and payments with Geico. He was able to make it easy and painless switching over to Allstate with one easy bill per month. But MOST IMPORTANTLY switching lowered my monthly bill like he said he was going to do from the start. Thanks again!

Great! When I bought my new car Allstate offered me a quote that was lower than I was already paying, and I wasn't sure if I was going to change until Progressive tried to raise my insurance almost $200 a month for a car that was only 2 years newer.

Its ok but I've have been having trouble with random fees that they don't call me on which is set up in my account. So if an agent wants to. Try and that it would be 5 star
