Natasha is the absolute best! We had a very stressful and complicated move and she went WAAYYYY above and beyond (very last minute and on her day off, no less!) to make sure we had what we needed and more! Natasha made the uhaul rental/pickup process a breeze and was honestly the nicest person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in a customer service setting but also just in general!
