Was really disappointed with the lack of communication and follow through with this firm. We’ve been a client for years, followed advice from John only to be ghosted after several follow ups requesting additional guidance. When we chose to walk away as a client, there was no effort made on John’s part to retain our business. Lesson learned, we were just a number to his bottom line.
