I have been with John Weidemann for 36 years. I've been tempted before to look for less expensive insurance, but have always concluded that the service I receive from John and his team is well worth the few extra bucks I may pay. I believe the insurance costs are comparable in any event. John is a super great guy, very responsive, very competent and you simply can't ask for more. He provides us all forms of insurance (car, home, umbrella, renter's, etc.)

I've had John as an American Family agent for about 23 years and all those years have been great, and hassle free insurance wise, because of him!! We have Life, Auto, Rental and a Business Auto policy thru him that I have never had a problem with. I've been working with John's assistant Dolores and have had a great experience with her! I have worked with her on my renters insurance and she was fast, pleasant, responsive, and even did the labor of communicating with my apartment on my behalf. We have been with AmFam and John Weidemann for 20+ years. John is always available and happy to discuss coverage & cost. Great sense of humor and calm. While recently discussing our home insurance costs we realized I had never given AmFam the proper roofing certificate for a new roof we installed 10 years ago. While I wish John had reminded me back then :), he said "get it to me and I'll see what I can do." I expected a few hundred dollars back for this year's coverage...imagine my reaction when I opened the check and saw that John had sent us >$10K!!! I mean, what insurance agent does that?! He was able to get me credit for all those years. I said to John, so I'll say it here, he's a Rock Star in my book!
