Been with state farm for over 20 years my dad has been with John spoke with John today about life insurance and he is so sweet asked how my dad was we talked for a good ten min I absolutely love the fact that he knows his clients and they aren't just a number to him he remembers little details about them and makes you feel like a friend not a customer I have had life insurance through state farm since 2007 and my dad has all kinds insurance since forever and all with John we are switching all of our insurance over because of the fact how comfortable we are and how kind he is and how he makes us feel like he isn't trying to push something on to us so thank you John for taking the time to get to know your customers and being a professional sales agent you are a rare one and hard to find! This is your go to if you want a decent honest insurance agent!

I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years. I am never late on payments and for some reason they reported me to DMV for no insurance! I called state farm and left many messages with John and he can't even return my call for HIS mistake. Now I can't drive my vehicle for fear of being pulled over when I have had insurance and no lapses and do automatic billing for 7 years. Take your business elsewhere, I am going to tell all my friends and family not to conduct business here. This is not the first time they have made a negligent mistake either.

I have been a Client of them for about 4 Years! They have the best customer service! I was involved in a small accident, I got out of my car to see if the other person was okay, and this man just starting insulting me and was being super aggressive. I honestly Freaked out and had no idea what to do, due to the fact that the Man was insisting on taking my Drivers License and Insurance (while insulting me) the first thing i thought about was to call my agents office to see what I can do. As always Citlaly the receptionist picked up in a matter of seconds. She advised me on what I needed to do, by this time the guy was still screaming at me. After a couple hrs Citlaly called me back just to make sure I was OK! (She honestly didn't have to, she doesn't get paid for that) She mentioned she heard the man screaming in the background and just called to see if I was okay! That honestly made such a huge impact in how I view them as a provider! Truly have excellent customer service and actually care about their clients! They for sure have a client for many more years to come!

They said they would call me back and never did for the 2nd day in a role. I left a voice mail at 10 a.m., after they said they would call me at 9 a.m. I called thru out the day and no answer. Very unprofessional. This isn't my first issue with them. Their staff has poor customer service skills as well, they seem inexperienced. Wish this place would pick up their slack.
