This is Alireza Rezamand a citizen of the United State of America for over thirty seven years with a family of four, having a good living under the God’s help, and residing as a home owner in Mountain Cove community since November 2003, at 12 Poppyglen Ct. Azusa, CA 91702-6282
I just want to take a moment of your time, and mention my appreciation about the excellent job you have done so far for our community regardless you do not know me personally.
Our community has very clean streets, and Lawn is taking care of weekly bases.
Furthermore you changed the old wooden safety borders on the rivers passing throw our community that one of them is behind my house.
Also we have yearly cut for extra branches for safety also beauty of our community.
On the sidewalks all the bumps because of the tree roots were took care and we are freely with peace of mind walking even night times without any uneven problem.
There is some more like clean water of our pool, security police has presence.
Also you care about the rules and issuing necessary notices even I got one or two.
And important one newly we got new asphalt on our streets which it was necessary and you plan it.
Oh God I need to write pages of services our community has received because you managing with care and responsibility.
Thank you very much, and I wish you and your loves ones health and prosperity in personal life too.

I have very low expectations when I reach out to a company for assistance as it seems that customer service has lessened over the years. Yet my recent experience with the community manager for Mountain Cove, Veronica Lomeli showed me that she is above the norm for sure! Veronica quickly pointed me in the right direction to get my concerns addressed. Even though it was beyond the deadline for comments to my board, she found a way to have my voice heard. Additionally, although it has been some time since my initial request, Veronica followed up after a decision had been made. She emailed me and let me know the results of the decision when she could have easily called her job complete by simply sharing my thoughts.The fact that she reached back out and gave me the results of my inquiry shows exemplary customer service.
