if you are looking for a cpa that has good communication skills, has a solid grasp of numbers, and has great attention to detail, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!

my wife and i hired jenny to prepare taxes for a new family LLC for the 2017 tax year. while she did an adequate job with the assigned task, she unbelievably took it upon herself to file personal taxes for us. Jenny electronically filed on our behalf (WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT); comically without any of our information!

Literally every single number she had in the tax filing was incorrect. Our address was incorrect, our income was incorrect, our deductions were incorrect, our prior withholdings were 100% wrong! I am not exaggerating... every single number was incorrect... every single one.
Such an enormous comedy of errors from somebody who claims to be a competent professional.

I would never use Jenny again and want to warn everybody else thinking about hiring her... please reconsider. Due to her mistakes and oversight, we had to paper file a completely amended return which not only delays the process but given the size and magnitude of the changes, will likely increase our chances of getting audited.

It is now near the end of March 2019... and due to Jenny's mistakes, I am still waiting to receive my tax refund from 2017.
