My husband and I have been customers of Bob's since we got married back in 2005. The office is always kind and helpful. Been with State Farm since I owned my first vehicle (almost a decade now), and Jim has been the best agent yet! Moved to Loveland a few years ago and found him on Google. Thankfully I did, because he (and other office staff) have been SO helpful to my fiance and I. My Fiance switched from Allstate to State Farm for many reasons after speaking with Jim about coverage and rates, but one of the biggest factors was for sure customer service.
