First, I wish I could give them a ton more stars than just 5! Jim and Cindy are not only amazing at their profession, but their profession goes beyond that. They truly make you feel like you are part of their close family. When you can say "Yes!! We get to see Jim and Cindy!!!"...you know they are the only ones to do business with. Your appointment is comfortable (not only in their beautiful office...their beautiful island oasis) but comfortable because they are thorough, caring, transparent, helpful and just make you feel like you are their #1. Their personal "touches" with the pay day's and amazing smelling candles, is thoughtful and enjoyed every year!! We've been going to them for several years now and will continue to do so.
