First, Jenny is one of the most personalble, as well as, knowlegible and competent, insureance brokers I have been associated with for the last 50 years, who excels at hands-on personal service. Second, she is associated with the albsolute best insurance company, Country Finacial. That rating comes from my experience as an attorney. Finally, Jenny is just a very decent human being.

Oh God how I wish you.I could give you less than one star. I have 5 policies with this company.The fifth policy was for my son liam my son's liam policies apparently didn't have a statement of insurability.Apparently they knew an october of 2023. But nobody bothered to reach out.Nobody bothered to pick up a phone nobody. Nobody said anything to me about this. For months and then she calls me a year later after the paperwork has been missing for that length of time. A policy that I have paid into 44 years , a policy that , according to my account records shows a cash value of four hundred and fifty four . That they refuse to reinstate his policy. And now they won't reinstate his policy. Jen as my representative as the person that sold me this you should have called me and notify me by phone in October of 23
But you didn't. You failed me and my family. There is no excuse
. I am so upset at this situation I paid into this policy for 4 years . And it just terrible experience 😪

Relocation to Colorado, searched many insurance company’s, got many quotes…Jenny by far was the best price for us and actually answered the phone! We did quotes online and once we decided on country financial she was the first agent who actually answered the phone! Country financials customer service line transferred us to 3 different agents who didn’t answer before I found Jenny myself!! Her reviews a great for a reason!
