I've been with Jennifer's office for decades for all my insurance needs and the service has always been outstanding and friendly. Recently, my daughter went back east for college but didn't take her car. When I called the office to see if we could lower the annual miles, I discovered that there is also an "away student" discount, but since my bill was currently due, it normally wouldn't be applied until the next cycle. However, Janet Andrews said she would advocate for us to the adjusters to backdate both discounts and apply them to the current bill. Within days I received a new bill and between the lower annual miles and the "away student" discount, the bill was cut in half!

I went in to get my cars insured, and Marnie was extremely patient to explain to me what each coverage entails. She's also provided me with a good picture of what driving in the Bay Area is like, which helped me to decide on what coverage I really need. Finally, the office opens Mon - Thur, which I'm also very happy to see given that many offices are no longer staffed. I'd come back for my other insurance needs!
