I think Bridget could walk on water as far as her customer service, sales knowledge, and strategy comes into play. She's very down to Earth, making it easy to speak with her. She's very knowledgeable about Allstate Insurance as well as the pros and cons of other insurance companies. She's very honest and not misleading in any way. I was very impressed with Bridget and for anything related to Allstate auto or Renter's insurance , or for anything related to any other insurance, I will only want to speak with her... that's how impressed I was with her service. Keep up the excellent service you provide Bridget.

Switched from American Family Insurance a few years because their premiums got too high. I've been incredibly satisfied with their product offerings, their premium charges, and especially their level of service. Lori is there anytime I have a question or a issue I need help resolving, and if she's not available, any of the other team members (particularly Paula) are ready, willing and able to assist. American Family recently contacted me asking if I was interesting in switching back (they'd lowered some of their premiums). I told them no- while I was also happy with the service AmFam provided, Allstate has the total package and I could not be more pleased with them. Would happily recommend them to anyone looking to switch insurance companies.

I can’t say enough great things about this branch! Lori has been absolutely amazing—she always goes above and beyond to help with anything I need. She’s incredibly patient and always available to answer my questions, no matter what. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers, and I’m so grateful to have found this one.
