I have a lot of respect for my dad and what he has accomplished. My dad moved our family from Los Angeles to Cincinnati in 1995 to begin his Insurance business. He didn't know a soul in this city, he just wanted to build a better life for his family.

It's crazy to think I'm now about the same age he was when he made that move, at the time he had a 12 yr old and 5 yr old and moved us across the country to build a business from scratch in a city where he knew no one... incredibly brave.

It started out in our house and now is a thriving business with hundreds of clients on one of the busiest roads in Lebanon.

My dad taught me the importance of reputation and the value of knowing I represent a family name that is bigger than me, as we are only as good as our reputation and character...
