This sure ain't Jean Shank Insurance anymore. Period. I'd advise to look elsewhere.
We were with Jean for over 40 years. This is Antietam Insurance now, not Jean Shank. This outfit isn't anywhere near Jeans service.

Jean Shank has been my insurance agent for over 25 years. Jean and her staff have assisted me through many of life's issues. She and her staff are understanding compassionate knowledgeable and experienced. They are always professional. I have all my insurance with Jean Shank. Jean is the best! Been with them with Auto/Home for the last 15 plus years and never had a issue. Jean has always taken time to answer my calls when I was adding the kids to the auto policy or making sure my Home was insured properly as the Home value increased over the years. She has alway tried to find me the best cost options. I was with a different insurance company and Jean was able to cut my premiums in half with more insurance. As long as you are a good driver or don't have too many claims this is the insurance company for you!!!

Excellent introduction. Through email we set up a quote and went in face to face/mask to mask to finalize. Couldn't climb stairs to Jamie's office so she came down. Very nice and helpful. Hope for a long working relationship.
