The process to enter our information is relatively easy and carries over to the next year. They are also reasonably priced. We look forward to working with them again next year.

Wow, I have only praise for EA Joshua Brown, who prepared my individual tax return. We spoke several times during the process. In addition to doing my tax return expeditiously, he prepared a projection of what my estimated tax payments would be for this year. We used their services for a short period of time. We realised that we don't need accounting services because we didn't want to hire employees. This accounting firm activated our payroll account and now we have received $6000 bill from EDD . We tried to reach out to Frances to ask her why did we receive this bill and she keeps ignoring our emails and calls. I don't recommend their company.

Frances, you never answered our emails and calls from Saturday untill Tuesday, you never called back. Because you didn't tell us that we have to close EDD account we got fine for $6000. We paid for our services and you should have advised that it is better to close EDD account.
