My boyfriend has been doing business with Jason Wolcott Insurance Services for over 15 years. He says that he has never once been disappointed, and now I see why. I've been looking for a homeowners policy and was told by numerous companies that they couldn't help me because my property is located in California. The ones who offered me a policy wanted to charge me 2-3 times what my previous policy cost. I wasn't expecting much different when I called Jason but to my surprise and delight he was able to get me a homeowners policy with MORE COVERAGE than my previous one and the price did not increase. It's rare to find honest and reliable companies to work with these days and I'm so glad that I was referred to Jason Wolcott Insurance Services because now I fell like the necessary evil that is insurance, will no longer be such a headache for me.

I have been doing business with Jason Wolcott Insurance Services for over 15 years and I have never once been disappointed. He has helped me with hard to place policies that no other companies would write as well as getting me easier policies with top-rated companies at lower prices than anywhere else. I trust him with all of my insurance business as well as all of my friend's and family's, and you should to. I look forward to many more years of a business relationship with Jason and his firm as it is getting harder and harder to find trustworthy and reliable companies to do business with.

Jason Wolcott is a horrible insurance broker. He has reinstated my car insurance without authorization even though both him and Infinity have been given proof from our Costco Car Insurance via documented emails at the email address they requested. Do not trust him or Infinity. Please see other reviews from other people. This has become a total nightmare. They were not happy we chose to cancel and move on to a more professional company with better insurance coverage for us.

WORST insurance broker ever! Considering a broker is paid by providing customer service and customer servivce is the last of their concern. Emails gone unreplied for 3 days at the minimum. Their left hand doesn't know that their right hand is doing and the worst part the person whose name is on the door Jason Wolcott actually said he could careless if they are returning their client's call or replying to their client's email or not as they have too many clients to be able to do that. So I would highly recommend DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT have anything to do with them as you will not be serviced!
