I had the same State Farm agent for 45 years. After the family retired, I was assigned Jason McCloud's office. I was very nervous about the change. Jason and Robin have been absolutely great. Jason welcomed me and Robin always answers the phone and is there to always help with any needs or questions.

State Farm is great just not this agency.

Their lack of knowledge on insurance is amazing. They are always having to check with “underwriting” and get back to you a few days later. The kid that does quotes didn't know what uninsured coverage was for and debated it with me at nauseam. I was supposed to get a large refund after I called to cancel a vehicle, weeks later they totally forgot to do it. They gave completely wrong advice on coverage for RV. If I had listen to Mcclouds office I would have spent $600 for no reason because of their incompetency. Their whole attitude once you are a customer is that you are bothering them, and they let you know it in their responses and tone of voice.

I switched to another local State Farm agent and saved hundreds of dollars AND got more coverage! Not to mention my new SF agent had every answer as I asked the question. He even apologized for the blatant coverage mistakes by McClouds office. No wonder they have so much turn over.
