Benjamin Lanser recently got me on board with an umbrella policy for my home and while we were talking, I was fixing my lunch and told him about a problem I was having with smelling cat urine in my house. He kindly sent me an email with info for a blue light from Amazon which he did not have to do. It is always a pleasure talking with Ben, he feels like family but he also goes above and beyond to be helpful. He reminds me so much of Jason Griswold, they both have that invaluable skill at being engaging and personable. I want to thank Angie for her expertise, empathy and kindness during a call I made to Jason Griswold's office. I was in the midst of a very bad day that involved a water pipe bursting in the crawl space under my home. I was as shocked as the plumber who I had called to my home to diagnose low water pressure to find the crawl space flooded and water pouring out a pipe. I called to find out what my homeowners policy would and would not cover. Ina matter of minutes, Angie had all the information I needed from the plumbers to the restoration crew. But beyond information, she took the time to commiserate and tell me her family went through the same thing - and in a finished basement. no less. That moment of kindness meant a lot - especially ion these days of corporate phone trees, recordings and hours on hold only to get another recording. I hung up feeling much better about the miserable situation my household was in. So, thanks, Angie. Your kindness is appreciated from a husband and wife who have been with State Farm home and auto for three decades.

Hands down the best service I received. I literally was rejected or given extremely high quotes from every insurance company there is. Susan with State Farm was able to get me a reason quote and coverage for my new car right away! I’m forever grateful for the service. We worked after hours and for a few days as I dealt with different car dealers. She patient the entire time and eager and happy to help. She basically went through the whole car sale process with me.
