Every time we've dealt with Jake Hambleton State Farm personnel through the years, for various forms of insurance in Arkansas, we have had a good experience! Those on the team are personable, thorough, and efficient. They also have good rates. We are pleased to continue using their services as we transition to our new home in Texas! Also, when I've needed paperwork quickly, such as updated proof of insurance forms when we moved to another state, the Jake Hambleton team gotvright in the matter, and made things so speedily seamless that I was, once again, amazed! Perhaps they can train other insurance company teams to be so pleasantly efficient!

Anytime I need anything related to my Insurance on house or vehicles, State Farm is quick to respond. They have the nicest staff and my favorite is Mrs. Mauk. She is super helpful with helping me understand everything I need to know from my Policies. Give them a chance, because they are worth it!

First time meeting Renee or any of the staff, they were extremely helpful, professional and curteous!! Renee took care of my problem and handled it in about an hour and when she called to let me know it was ready and taken care of she apologized for taking so long. Are you joking? I had been trying somewhere else for approximately 3 mths unsuccessfully and she fixed it and was finished in an HOUR!!!! Awesome Crew!!!

Renee and the rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful! We have had state farm for 12 years I would not go anywhere else for car or home insurance. Best rates and best customer service around Texarkana. Give them a call you will not be disappointed I promise you.
