I had always stayed away from State Farm Ins. in the past. I assumed that it was higher than all others. We had Progressive for over a decade, however it continued to get higher and higher until it was getting out of reach. We checked out the Jake from State Farm agency in Harrison, Ar. To our surprise, they saved us $1500.00 per year for the exact same coverage. The agent we dealt with is Bryan Byrd. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Brian did a wonderful job providing a much better auto insurance premium apart from my previous plan. AND, my new plan includes renters insurance and my plan is still cheaper! I couldn’t believe it. Also, his customer service acumen is noteworthy offering a personal touch not often found. I feel he’s in my neighborhood, LOL! Brian at Jake Gray's office reached out to me while I was searching for better insurance rates. He offered me a much better reate than what I was getting at my old insurance, with the same coverage. He didn't treat me like I was just a number, but that he genuinely cared about me. Had insurance with them for 6 months, one day I get a call from my bank asking if I switched insurance so I call my agent up there and was informed that my insurance wasnt wrote up correctly so they cancelled it, with NO notice! So he says he can re isssue my insurance and that it will go up from $116 to $163, so I said of course, inhave tonhave insurance! Fast forward 2 months later and my bank calls and with the same question, so again i call them and ask why my policy was cancelled! No answer other then they cant cover this vehicle! This is a box truck mind you thats used for storage and only has insurance because of a loan. This is the best part, they still draft my account for $10 every month, even the months the didn't provide insurance, and will not refund me! Just my personal experience, but I would beware of risking an incident with this company, who knows if you actually have coverage!

THERE WERE NO PHONE CALLS/TEXT/EMAIL stating they needed more info either time before cancellation. They did mail something. But I feel that when 100% of communication is between text on the buisness line and email for a year, that there would be some communication before cancellation of policy on a commercial vehicle. This is strictly in informal review, of my experience. Take it how your want.
