We’ve used JR Martin for over ten years and they used to provide a good service at a good price for an individual tax return with three S corp partnerships. Over the past three years their service has gone down hill and their prices have gone up. I was going to use a different tax preparer this year already with the bad experiences over the past few years but I got a letter from them last week basically firing us as a client, due to a switch in the direction of their business. Very weird!

I have had my personal income taxes prepared by J R Martin for a number of years now. I'm not sure how they could improve their service. I have found them excellent in every respect. They are professional; staff is super service oriented and willing to consistently help out a non-techy old guy.
