Please don't use this company's service. I wanted to support and believe in this company because it's black own, but no! When I called to get the status of my taxes, someone told me it was rejected. I called four times to get more information and left my contact number. I finally went up there to only be told it was accepted....after leaving four messages. The last I heard was that it was rejected, but no one bothered to call me to say it has been settled. Mr. Brown caught an attitude with me as if I was supposed to know.

After 2 hours of filing a simple tax return. The accountant ignored the fact that there was possible government funds to apply. He charged me $150.00 to recieve $100.00 back in taxes. I do not trust this company. I think they are committing tax fraud and someone should report them to the board. I'm a student, plus disabled, plus a single mom, plus under 50, plus I have health insurance, plus married at the time of filing.. He suggested there was nothing worth filing.

Nope nope nope! If he cant keep up with filing taxes in a timely manner then its time to find something else to do. I went online to file taxes on my own, im a single mother. I dont have time to sit around and wait for my tax refund.

Does not have a good rating, the organization is in the 18 century when it come to taxes, the taxpreparers are old &forgetful have cost me
To pay thousands if dollars by not preparing the correct tax laws J Arthur him self talks a good game, but does not follow up calls to his clients
Will leave you out there to fight for your self
