This is a dishonest agency!

I contacted Issam in the middle of the insurance year because my agent was not doing anything for me. Issam told me that I could change an agent (making him my agent) and immediately after he would help me in all insurance matters. I did it only to hear from him that he would not get any money from Progressive until after the renewal and he was not able to help me. He basically cheated me.
One year after, Progressive messed up my payments. I asked Issam to help. I had all payment proofs. One day Issam calls me and tells me that he discussed the matter with a Progressive rep and made a conclusion that I had to pay the amount ($5,000). He had not even had opened the files (payment proof) that I had sent to him.

Long story short, he did not care about my insurance problems and I had to fight with Progressive alone.
