I would not refer a dog to them. I applied was approved and told I would only need to pay $99 at move in. After me literally chasing them down for someone to please call me so I can get my deposit to them . I spoke to Adrianna Ramirez whom I emailed several times asking her to call me so I could get information on my move in. She would email me saying she make sure to call me. She never called so I called her. She acted like she didn't know who I was even though she emailed me several times. She then told me I would have to pay $1599 plus $750 plus $500. I told her I was told by Debbie $99 at move in . She told me its not offered on all units which is not what I was told when I applied . So we lost out on our $150 admin fee our $55 per app for my husband and I. I would never move to somewhere that have dishonest unprofessional management. If I could give zero stars, I would.
They hire the most ineffective staff to manage the office. They do not answer the phone. They do not keep track of tenent paperwork like rental insurance. It's not okay the way they treat their tenants. 0/10 do not recommend. I've never encountered more frustration. Now, I'm stuck for an amount of time that I wasn't planning. They are a predatory rental agency.

I was renting university campus height managed by this agency, it’s been two months and the have not returned my security deposit. I moved out in August been reaching out and they don’t even pick up my calls. This is so ridiculous.

Just got a letter from a debt collector after not being there for almost two years at Husky Court and say I owe $111.64. I spoke with the property manager before leaving and he said I had paid everything. They knew my new address and phone number and never heard anything about it until today.

The entire leasing process was smooth. I had a minor issue with the kitchen sink and they came and fixed it the next day. No complaints.

Have lived here 9 plus years, place is no Disneyland but current apartment manager and maintenance staff have addressed several issues, I personally want to thank Desiree’ sorry if I misspelled her name, but she is a champ. I personally want to thank her I know that she is doing a hard job but she has come thru. Again 🙏🏿 😊

Just took over as leasing company for building. Broke my lease with last company before they took over and was promised new lease from owner with better management. Miss 2 appointments for repair thats desperately needed and then took back the offer from owner for cheaper rent due to hardship because old owner sold the properties as the new leasing company took over. Would be very careful dealing with this company

They manage Lindbrook apartments, please stay away this apartment complex made my son extremely sick and is filled with mold and rat poop. They charged me to paint over the mold and had my unit up for rent a week after we moved out of a101 stay clear
