If I could rate no stars that would be my choice, I'm currently renting a residential unit from this company. The communication is terrible, the unit is infested with mold and so is the building, walls and roof. The ac unit has been compromised from the mold and their solution was to paint over it. There are other issues and the point of contact doesn't help us resolve the issues. We feel unsafe living in this unit and they act like its not a big deal. Alejandra and Belkis are our point of contact.
