ZERO Stars only gave 1 because I had to! Hundreds of people had a great Accountant and team and so we easily trusted the company that bought David Reynolds out and gave our trust. Everything everyone has said it true. None of of know if anything has been filed with the IRS or our status. I've received one text message in April assuring me that an extension was filed and would be done by June 15th. Nothing since. I expect a class action suit coming soon from all the duped clients in the Roaring Fork Valley. So disappointing, frustrating and WRONG.

David Reynolds handed his clients to over to this outfit upon retirement. I'm extremely disappointed, to say the least, that he recommended them. It's Sept and my taxes aren't done . Meanwhile , interest and penalties are accruing with the IRS. Why recommend anyone, if that was your choice? Bad, bad karma, David!

The worst experience I've ever had with a company. No one to talk, no response to phone calls or emails, nothing! I ended up having to file an extension and doing my taxes myself. I will never do business with these people again, not that I had a choice. My tax account retired and my information was handed over to these people. I suggest to anyone considering to business with these people to look elsewhere. Horrible!!!

My acountant retired and left me in the hands of Intentional Accounting, the worst experience I could have imagined. It's May and I still have NO IDEA where my income tax stands. No one is ever available to talk to, no response to pleads for help through their contact form. The online forms freeze up or disappear without warning. I've attempted to enter every form they've asked for at least twice. I'm desperate and just want my files returned. It seems to be a completely disfunctional company.

Just plain awful. After trying for three months to contact them and no response, I give up. All they do is send invoices, they don't respond to email, text, voice mail. Easily the worst experience I have ever had in my 30+ years of filling taxes

I have the same complaints as above. No contact, no taxes and can't contact anyone...Worst ever company. they don't even deserve one star.
