I am blown away by the support I received from Jessica at Integrity. Called up one day asking to change my policy, and within minutes I had a detailed list comparing my options! I’ve been insured with Krisell and Jennings for years now and have always received amazing service, honest feedback, and they’ve been able to insure me with great carriers at great rates. Yesterday, I was involved in a total loss accident and was able to receive advice and realistic input by my agent who went out of their way to help my after hours. You will not find a better team than Brent, Jayson, and co. and they hustle for you and not themselves. If you’re ever looking at insurance, I would say that you’re doing yourself a great disservice by not having them work to see if they can provide you with the solution/coverage that you need. I moved to NWA and wanted to get an agent that was local and noticed a friend had recently given a shout out on his awesome experience with Krisell and Jennings so I gave them a call. I had been with my previous company for 21yrs so I didn’t think they would be able to beat the rates I had but they did! Elissa and Jayson have both been amazing to work with. I’ve added two cars and a teenage driver now and the process was quick and easy. I just sent an email with my needs and received a response within minutes with all options and pricing. The only thing I would change was not finding out about them sooner!

Krisell & Jennings is the best in the business! My great aunt recently switched to Jayson for auto insurance. She had received her updated insurance premium for her yearly renewal, and she was worried to see her premium had increased by $80 a month due to a small wreck she had. This increased amount for a 72 year old retired teacher would deeply affect her monthly budget. Jayson was able to get her premium down to what it has been for the last 5 years while also keeping her deductible low like she most desperately needed. Thank you Jayson for your continuous help with getting her a new policy! Jayson and Brent have taken care of both my personal and business insurance. I highly recommend them for either.
