I had my carrier liberty mutual just try and start cancelling all my policies on bogus reasons. Found out they are pulling out of CA for all policies. In a panic i reached out to multiple brokers and these ladies killed it! Thank you Sarah and Anitra!!!

Anitra and her team were awesome! They got me great quotes at a very quick speed. I was amazed at how responsive they were to me, especially after office hours. Me being more of a technician, it was hard for me to find good rates and to really know what I was doing. Anitra and Denise hustled to answer all my insurance questions and needs and gave great advice on what I should do and why I need to do it. They submitted my paperwork right before my deadline(I contacted them last minute, just days before my deadline) I highly recommend them!! Definitely the Best of Elk Grove! Woo!!

We had difficulty through another broker we used previously obtaining rented property insurance for a high school robotics competition, but Anitra was able to find the coverage we needed, on a short time frame. And when the insurance company made a mistake on the quote and gave us pricing for only part of the timeframe, Anitra pushed them to cover the entire duration at the originally quoted price. I would turn to Insurance 121 again in a pinch.

We have been with Anitra and Insurance 121 since the inception of our business. Anitra provides us with such valuable information and I know that she is always looking out for our best interests. I don't necessarily "speak" insurance, so I appreciate her ability to break things down in layman terms. It's a great feeling to know that we are well covered for any of those little unforeseen things that may occur. Insurance 121 keeps up with our ever-changing business as we grow and expand into new services. We just went through the renewal of all of our policies and Anitra and her team went above and beyond to find us the best rates possible for the same coverage. I am especially pleased with our new workers comp policy, which came in at about HALF off what we were previously paying.
