After having lost my job I still wanted/needed to protect myself/health. I tried finding a reasonable quote on my own with no luck. I was ready to give up when while speaking with my brother I began telling him about my frustrations surrounding the health care coverage/quotes. I mentioned being flooded with calls day and night and pressured to buy NOW.

My brother told me he had just the right guy for me. He gave me the name and phone number to Joey Torregrossa. I contacted Joey with Insurance Superstore and was very pleased I had!!!! Joey was extremely helpful, understanding and very kind!! He gave me an honest response and provided me with options. Joey allowed me time to weigh my options and DID NOT pressure me to buy anything!! I CAN’T SAY THAT ABOUT THE OTHER COMPANIES!!

Joey made me feel very comfortable and I appreciated the attention to detail as well as the sincere desire to help me get coverage all at a price I could afford. When Joey went above and beyond to look at multiple options, I knew this was the agency for me. Not only was it the agency for me but, I will be recommending him/his company to many friends and family.

I cannot speak for the other agents at the Castle rock location but I can speak for my experience with Haley Reese! This was a night mare from day one. We have a home and multiple family of cars. Apparently this was too much for Haley Reese. She most likely is used to dealing with one house and 1 car? It is nearly impossible to get ahold of this lady. She rarely returns calls and when she does she acts like she is put out by having to fix her own mistakes. And there are MANY mistakes. If you have a change to your policy you can guarantee it will be screwed up! I left there agency almost a year ago and I am still unraveling mistakes from Haley Reese!
