I’m a new customer. Yesterday I called for roadside assistance because I got a flat I waited over 3 hours in the rain when the tow truck driver came he asked if I had a spare I said I don’t know.. because I didn’t know there was one in the back until this morning so I had to pay $25 and he left. Today my neighbor was kind enough to show me where the spare was and I called aspire back I have my 81 yr old mother who I had a doctors appointment for and the first time I called I was told that they couldn’t help me because I had already used my one time tire change and that the job was completed yesterday and the only thing they can do is tow the car to the tire shop but I would have to pay … I told the guy that nothing was done yesterday and that my car was still wi

Th the flat that o had the spare but he sounded annoyed and was talking to me like I didn’t understand what he was saying… twice he put me on hold and when I asked if I can speak to a supervisor Nelson was his name I was told to wait he put me on hold for quite a while and got back on and said he was sorry but there are no supervisors available that they were busy with other customers so I said I’ll call back see if someone else can help me this time a female answered and she put me on hold then she got back on I kind of had a feeling they are all in the same room and she came back with an attitude once again I asked to speak to supervisor and was told No and this time I was hung up on… so the third time I called another man answered who sounded exactly like the first one one and again I was put on hold I heard a gentleman yelling in the background and he muted it twice and he got back on after a while and asked me that if my call was about a tire and that they couldn’t help me and this time I was told I had to wait till Wednesday because they had to pay $50 and reminded him that I also had to pay $25 for nothing and muted me because the same male voice was yelling him something and I was told he was really “sorry but that unfortunately the system didn’t allow him to help me…in all my life I had never experienced such anger and hostility by someone who you pay to be there for emergency roadside assistance.. I feel that they are rude unprofessional have no empathy and probably laugh about our situations… I feel helpless and very disappointed by this insurance agency and I am going to make a complaint with the better business bureau I was not able to get help from the insurance company who promotes excellent service to their customers and I am going to cancel and take my business somewhere else. They don’t care
