Absolutely horrible people! these are Bristol west farmers insurance and they tricked me saying I can get full coverage for 1000 for six months charged my card twice and to find out they actually set me up for 600 dollars a month and a payment was due. When I asked how much was paid they onsaid 600! Come to find out the broker charged my card on a “wave bill” and tried to pocket the cash. Save time and headache from these people

NOTHING. Medical care is expensive, and It's very difficult to work hard for patients and also to pay for their care via office and practice expenses. ICW contracts with a third party, "Mitchell International," to deny payments for care. Of course, ICW and Mitchell International are both profitable, on the backs of Worker's Compensation Insurance. They insure, but pay themselves, not for the care of claimants.
