I want to take this time to thank Mr. Martin Petersen for his guidance through the Medicare process. He helped me understand the complex nature of the program. He is highly knowledgeable about the ins and outs of Medicare and knew what best suited my situation. Being an Army veteran from the Vietnam era, He got me into a Medicare Advantage Plan (Part C) specially designed for veterans. Not only does the plan not cost me anything, but it also reduced my Medicare Part B by $75 a month. I didn't even know this was available to those of us who've served with honor.

At the last minute we found out that our insurance company was dropping their Medicare Supplement plans here in Grand Junction Colorado. We were reviewing different plans when we were in City Market in Grand Junction when we went past an insurance booth and Martin Peterson was there. We took one of his agent business cards so we could contact him later. We did by phone and he answered lots of questions. we then set an appointment for the next time he was in Grand Junction-he lives in Peyton Colorado over 200 miles away. after the appointment we were all set for a new Medicare Insurance supplement plan versus the highly advertised Medicare Advantage plans. we also established a prescription plan that was less expensive than the one we had. Martin is more than an insurance agent-he is an insurance mentor. P.S. He puts out a terrific newsletter with advise and a bit of humor.
