After years of failed attempts having two outside local medical billing facilities bill our patients, and after several years of hiring inexperienced bookkeepers to not only cut checks but also develop a streamlined system to accurately report and track our billing with accurate non-profit financials we finally found Insight Bookkeeping. When hiring a new company what it most amounts to are three things. 1) Do they care? Do they care enough to come in and do the job that needs to be done even if it means starting from the very beginning where the issues began? 2) Are they honest? Are they honest enough to tell you where the problems are?, to tell you if they have enough time to actually fix it?, to tell you if they can work with you and if they can see you are willing to change? 3) Are they capable? Are they capable of doing the job? Are they capable of learning your business enough to see the full picture and then give you a plan that works? After three years of having Insight Bookkeeping, we have never looked back. Tracy the owner really cares, is honest and is very capable of helping with your accounting, business consulting and office systems needs. Our front office has had three years of running smoothly, we are doing our own billing in house! Our accounts relievable are on point!, our revenues are higher than ever capturing secondary payments every opportunity and our staff have learned amazing skills with the main one being patience as this was not an easy fix, it was a process that took a long time but was well worth it!
