So, this was my second home purchase. I thought it would take at least a year to find a home due to the current market. I got approved in mid February, India took me out looking for houses the same week. In a two week period I found my dream foreever home! We saw it and the next day she put a contract in.

I trusted her with the process and the contract benefitted me and the Sellars. The next day we found out our contract was approved! I went to closing on March 19th. Through underwriting process, India was right there ensuring all T's were crossed and I's were dotted. She communicated and kept me in the loop at all times.
