It is a great pleasure to leave a review regarding Indeed Mortgage Lending, but specially on Mr. Jason Beers. We completed our loan March 29th 2024. Our loan literally only took about two weeks from start to finish and even though we came across a few setbacks, Mr. Beers was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and just handled things right away. Also, due to my husband and my work schedules, we were not available most of the time during the day and Mr. Beers was able to work with our schedule and anything that was needed, he addressed it and took care of it immediately. I am very grateful that we found them. We have done 3 other home loans in the past and the quality of service that Mr. Beers at Indeed mortgage provided, surpass by far any company we have worked in the past. Jason and Indeed Mortgage Lending have been amazing to work with. They’re always so helpful and responsive. Because I own my own roofing company and I’m self employed my situation can be complicated. But Jason is always able to help and make it seem easy. On top of that because they have so many types of loan programs, a lot of which allow access to home equity, they’re always my first recommendation to clients who are wanting to pull cash form there home to do their roof or any other home improvements.
