RUN! RUN! RUN! I rate them a -6 but I don't get that option on the stars. And it's all because of one person that I dealt with. Miss Ellena. I could tell later down the road she was getting very frustrated with me and I'll tell you why. Not once, not one time, did she ever call me back. She would say things like I'll call you Monday. Or I'll call you tomorrow and let you know the status just so you know for sure. Then she wouldn't. One time I even called her Monday and asked her what the status was, And she didn't like that. She kept telling me Mondy and Fridays are her busy days. So I would call Tuesday through Thursday. Still got drama. So I just called or text when it was convenient for me, And for her to listen at her own leisure. 2 weeks prior I asked her to cancel my insurance, on Feb 4. I sent a reminder out the Saturday before the 4th because I know her MO. She said she'd reach out Monday. Monday came no phone call. Tuesday came no phone call. So before I left for my appointment at Ohio State I text her to read at her leisure. SHE CHOSE finally to call me for the very first time, only to scold me because I texted her at 6:30 in the morning. With no regret. I wasn't expecting her to reply. SHE CHOSE TO. The worse part is she told me she couldn't find a cheaper insurance for me. Someone else saved me lots of money which is why I canceled. She was not on top of my stuff. I guess it depends on who you are to her. She also is very very very rude every time I talk to her. RUN! If you need help with insurance, Let me know when I can hook you up to a reputable person. UPDATE 2/13/14: I just got a text from my old insurance company saying that they're going to still take out that ungodly amount that Ellana fixed me up with. SHE DIDN'T EVEN CANCEL IT, after I asked her back in January to make it effective February 4th. So I had to call Grange by myself and be my own advocate and cancel. This is not a person of vendetta against Ellena, But she shouldn't be doing what she's doing That's all I got to say in my opinion.

Imperium is the most amazing insurance agency I have every had. My agent is always available and ready to help. She has had my insurance for over four years. When my daughter got her new car I called my agent and she was johnny on the spot and had my baby girl covered. I had piece of mind that we didn't have to worry about the insurance for our new driver.

I asked to have my policy cancelled, she said she cancelled it and she did not. So my bank was set up to be charged automatically, every month for a policy I don't need. She also made changes to my policy without asking me, so I was being charged almost twice what I should have been charged for months, totalling hundreds of dollars.

Also, half of her "5 star reviews" are from accounts that have only made one review. Obviously they are fake reviews.

Response to owner's response: John Wick is a character, that's obviously not my real name. I was definitely a customer for years. I'm not calling again and dealing with your bad attitude.

What a awesome experience getting to deal with this professional team . I had called for home owners insurance , And actually got a better rate and policy coverage than I expected. Could not have asked for a better group to deal with . Thank you all at Imperium !!
