From the beginning I was given a dirty, roach infested apartment then following by several issues that remain unresolved despite my numerous calls to Pedro to have them fixed. I explained to Pedro that I had a big issue with the cold and I needed the heater to work. After he sent someone to investigate the issue. The problem was never solved because according to the technician the part was to expensive and they where not willing to pay for it. That's only a few of the nightmare that I had to put up with. Eventually a family emergency forced me to join my family in Europe for at least a couple months and I had to leave Miami so I gave back the apartment. Pedro informed me that they will keep half of the 2800 I had put down to get the apartment ($1400).

I tried to get the $1400 check from him up to 2 weeks after I left the apartment, and he would not give it to me. Even after I went to his office and pleaded for him to give me the check before I leave and told him they would send it to my parents in NY since that's the only place I can get mail in the US. He declined to send it to Europe even after I offered to pay for the shipping. There he confirmed that he saw this apartment and it was in perfect condition and he would refund the $1400 as agreed

After a month I tried to call and send messages to him several time to see why I did not get a check, never got an answer or a call back. I ended up reaching to you guys and finally getting a friend to pick up the check. So suddenly my friend informs me that the check is only $1300. Pedro claims that there was damage. The guy that repairs the apartment at boutique saw the apartment before I left and there was other witnesses there and said he was amazed how well kept the apartment was and confirmed that I would get my deposit with no issue.

I feel I have lost so much money and time taking the apartment at Boutique this was one of the worst decisions I made. Now they have stole my money to make matters worse.

They will show you a spot and take your money the same day no problem. Good luck getting them to respond to a call, email or message after you drop of their check. Messaged them on Monday and their excuse to run me around all week was we don’t work on weekends! Keep in mind my location is 3 minutes away from their office! Need a better review? Stop by any plaza they own and ask the tenants how they are! Still confused? Try knocking on their office and see how they treat you!

Absolute worst company to deal with. Had nothing but problems in their buildings. Constant flooding and leaks from faulty A/C and plumbing. They don't care that the water damage caused black mold and breathing issues because they also allow illegal smoking in their buildings. There is also a huge roach, rat and spider infestation that spreads into every office. Just like in the other review, they are rude and hang up on you when you try to get any issue resolved. So happy to be out of there and can actually focus on my job in a dry, clean office.

Hector, Oscar and Fadi were excellent to work with. They were fair, responsive, and thoughtful business people. When my client changed course at the last minute, the team was very respectful and wished us well. My client is likely to become a tenant with them in the near future and I will certainly bring other clients.

It's the 5th time I'm having problems with my bathroom in 5 months, since I moved the bathtub and the toilet keep clogging and Pedro//IMC Equity Group only provide a temporary solution and the problem come back, they are impolite and they confront you when you complaint about the problems at the building. We also have a pool accumulating mold in all around the border, the trash is not been picked up for more than 10 days, insects, roaches, flies are very common due to the trash, the pool is about a week dirty...THEY DON'T CARE!!! I'm opening a complaint with the The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), let's see if this company will not get better!!!! BE CAREFUL, IT'S NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY!!!! DON'T BE FOOLED BY APPEARANCES!!!!

Very unprofessional company. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS !! They wont fix any issues you might have. George who works for this company is uneducated and does not obtain any property Management skills at all. He will give you the run around and then hang the phone call in your face. PLEASE THINK BEFORE GETTING INVLOVED WITH THESE LIARS.

Rental process was fast and efficient, complex is safe, clean and quiet. Fair price. Only complaint is the 8 AM maintenance knocks on the door for pest control and/or maintenance. If you work nights there is no accommodation or coordination with tenants.

Fadi helped me get a really fair price on a new apartment. Building is quiet in good neighborhood with nice upkeep. Rental process was fast and easy. Great experience overall. Love my new place!
